Why do you charge 12%-20% commission from the candidate?
Short answer: so you can earn more than you earn now
Long answer:
- Doing business costs money. Just like you, we work to organize everything and keep things in order.
- We work with accountants, business attorneys, immigration attorneys, and employment attorneys.
- We offer you work long-term, and not just small projects.
- We honestly tell you how much the company will pay and how much we charge, we do not try to hide from you how much it is. 12%-20% might sound to you like a lot, before you know how much other companies charge, read more about it, and a little more.
- We pay the tax and make everything 100% legal and transparent. You will never have any problem coming to the United States due to working with us. In fact, we will help you.
- We sign the agreements with American companies, so we take legal responsibility and risks.
- We care about your personal data and security. All information and communication we have from you is safe and is stored only on American servers.
- To learn all the tips to help you get a job – we spent years, and that was not cheap.
- We will help you with whatever goal you have, either it’s working from abroad or eventually coming to the United States, without obligating you with the rules like “you cannot work for a company directly” like most consulting companies do.
- We charge MUCH LESS than others because we ask YOU to find a job you like. We can charge less because we do not deal with pre-agreements up-front. This is just beneficial to everyone! IF you get a better deal from some company, please let us know, we will definitely look into their business model 🙂
- IF you can work directly for a company, earn more and take care of all legal aspects, that’s great, you don’t need us! 🙂 And we are happy you made it. We will still do everything we can to help everyone else to get a dream job.
