We make it operationally possible and simple for IT professionals abroad and companies in the USA to start working with each other legally and long-term.
It will work, LLC is a US, California, based company that has prepared everything needed to perform proper payouts, taxes and agreements between hiring companies in the USA and foreign IT professionals.
There is no extra charges to the companies for the candidates.
There is no tax that an IT professional will need to pay in the USA.
The work process

Candidate finds a position they like at a company in the USA.

During the first interview with a recruiter, candidate tells that they will work via It Will Work, LLC and there will be no difference for the company to start working with the candidate as they were in the USA.

Candidate passes all further interviews with the company.

Candidate gets a job offer and negotiates the compensation.

It Will Work, LLC signs a regular US contract with the company.

It Will Work, LLC sign an international contract with the candidate.

It Will Work, LLC pays the candidate the negotiated compensation deducting a fee for the service (see the fees table).
