- we do NOT deduct any taxes from your pay – choose the best residency yourself and pay your own taxes!
- we do NOT restrict you from working for the same American company directly if you ever come to the USA or just decide to stop working with us – it should be your choice!
We aim to change the existing practice when foreign professionals feel limited and do not have full control on their compensation.
We all know the existing old options to get a job at companies in the USA:
Consultant/stuffing companies
The main characteristics of that type of companies are:
- already have agreements with only some companies in the USA, that limit your choice of positions drastically
- candidate does not know how much money the consultant/staffing company actually receives from the US company
- typically candidate gets about 50% less than the company in the US actually pays, read more and more
- typically you will receive benefits like insurance, etc in your country
- typically you will be restricted to work for the US company directly
Freelance projects (many websites for such)
The main characteristics of that type are:
- candidate works on a project for a small fee through those marketplaces
- typically projects are short-term
- typically the compensation is already lower than American compensations
