Sometimes candidates never get a response after saying that they are abroad.

Because it is true, that companies in the USA have to comply with candidate’s local laws:

change tax reporting
take the risks working with a person from abroad.

Solution We organize legal long-term work between companies in the USA and foreign candidates all over the world.
Companies in the USA can now sign the contract with us - Los Angeles based company It Will Work, LLC.
We will then sign an international contract with a candidate abroad and take care of complying with local laws, payroll and other related questions.
